Cirencester Garden

Working closely alongside the architects of a new “Romanesque” extension to this terraced property, Pike Studio worked on designing a garden that was in-keeping of the Roman history of Cirencester with a modern Italianate garden with space for entertaining and escaping.

Trees such as Scotts Pine are trimmed to mimic umbrella Pines found all across Rome and shelter a rustic dinning area. The garden is then split by hedging with a small fruit tree orchard to the rear with a more relaxed feeling with long meadow grass.
